Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs your purchase of GEOfinder Software and is an integral component of the Terms of Service, the provisions of which are applicable to your use and purchase of the Software.
By proceeding with the purchase of the Software, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy, which includes essential restrictions, exclusions, and your rights with respect to refunds. Please read this Refund Policy thoroughly prior to making your purchase.
General
In the event that you encounter technical issues with the Software that cannot be resolved through GEOfinder's Customer Support Center, you may be eligible for a full refund in accordance with the terms specified in this Refund Policy. However, it is our belief that most refund requests can be avoided by utilizing the professional assistance available from our Customer Support Center. Should you require such assistance, you may contact the Customer Support Center by sending an email to [email protected].
Refund Conditions
Subject to applicable law and the specific conditions set forth in this Refund Policy, you may be eligible for a full refund provided that the request for a refund is made within fourteen (14) days from the date of your purchase, provided that the reason for the refund complies with the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy. The following conditions apply:
- No refund will be issued once fourteen (14) days have passed since the date of purchase.
- Refund requests will only be considered for the primary (first) subscription to GEOfinder.
- If you have purchased additional subscriptions under separate orders, these will not be eligible for a refund.
- A refund may only be issued once for your GEOfinder subscription. If you purchase a subsequent subscription, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refund will be granted for subscription prolongations, upgrades, or downgrades to or from any GEOfinder subscription plans.
- A partial refund may be granted by the Billing Team, contingent upon the consent of the customer.
A processing fee equal to 9% of the original purchase amount may be deducted from the refund amount on a case-by-case basis.
No refund will be issued in case of:
- The target device loses connection to the GEOfinder subscription due to a lack of Internet access.
- The user’s account is defined as "Dormant". An account is considered Dormant if the last login occurred more than 45 days (1.5 months) ago and the customer has not accessed the account within that time period.
No refund will be issued for circumstances that are beyond GEOfinder's control, including, but not limited to, the following:
- The target device is not owned by the user, or the user has not obtained consent from the owner of the target device to use the GEOfinder Software.
- The target device does not have Internet access due to reasons such as insufficient funds in the target device account, temporary service interruption, roaming issues, etc.
- The target device's carrier operator is changed by the target device user, resulting in the loss of Internet connectivity and the improper functioning of the GEOfinder Software.
- The user declines technical assistance.
- Personal reasons such as a change of mind, mistaken purchase, non-use of the Software, etc.
Refund Procedure
To apply for a refund, you must follow the procedure outlined below:
- Contact the Customer Service team at [email protected];
- Indicate the subject of your email as "Refund";
- Provide the Customer Service team with your order details (email the account is registered, payment method connected to your account, transaction date, and amount) and reason for returns;
- The reason for the refund request must be provided in detail for the request to be considered.
Cancellation of subscription
You may cancel your subscription and disable automatic renewal anytime through your User Space. To initiate cancellation:
- Log in to your account and click the menu in the top right corner.
Select Other from the menu, then choose Subscription.
- Review your subscription details and click the option to stop your subscription.
Select the reason for cancellation and provide a brief explanation to activate the Proceed button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account to receive a security code.
Enter the code in the designated field and click Submit to confirm cancellation.
Once confirmed, your subscription will remain active until its scheduled end date, after which no further charges will be made unless you renew. If you wish to reactivate your subscription at any time, you may do so through your account using the same process.
Chargeback related
In the event that a chargeback is initiated by your credit card company (or another payment provider permitted by us) in connection with your subscription purchase, you agree that we may suspend access to any and all accounts associated with you. Reactivation of your account will be processed at our sole discretion and only after the unpaid purchases have been settled. Please note that a reactivation fee of $25 USD will be applicable.
