Recurring Policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS

By purchasing a GEOfinder subscription, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to pay an initial and recurring subscription fee at the prevailing subscription rate as applicable at the time of subscription. The undersigned further accepts full responsibility for all charges associated with the recurring subscription fee until such time as the subscription is formally cancelled, as outlined herein. The Subscriber retains the right to cancel the subscription at any time, subject to the provisions of the Cancellation Policy detailed below.

TRIALS:

The subscription to the GEOfinder Service may commence with a trial period for a nominal fee of 0.99 USD/EUR/CAD (depending on your billing country), herein referred to as the "Trial", which permits the Subscriber to access and evaluate the Service for a period of one (1) day, commencing from the date the order is placed.

The Subscriber is required to provide valid billing information in order to complete the subscription order for the Trial. Upon the expiration of the Trial period, the Subscriber will be automatically billed for the Basic Package or the next applicable subscription plan unless the Subscriber has deactivated the auto-renewal feature within the User Space.

The Subscriber may, at their discretion, cancel the subscription at any time during the Trial period.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS:

Upon successful subscription, the GEOfinder shall automatically process the applicable subscription fee at the commencement of each subsequent billing cycle. GEOfinder offers a monthly billing cycle consisting of 28 calendar days. The subscription fee will continue to be automatically processed at the prevailing rate unless and until the subscription is canceled by the Subscriber in accordance with the Cancellation Policy set forth below.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User Space. To do so, log in to your account and open the menu in the top right corner, then select "Other" followed by "Subscription". In the subscription details section, choose the option to stop your subscription. You will be asked to select a reason for cancellation and provide a brief explanation in order to activate the proceed button. After this step, enter the email address linked to your account to receive a security code. Once you receive the code, enter it in the designated field and click "Submit" to confirm your cancellation. In the event of subscription cancellation, such cancellation will take effect at the beginning of the following monthly billing cycle. The Subscriber acknowledges that any subscription fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made unless you choose to renew. If you wish to renew your subscription later, you may do so easily through your User Space using the same process. Subscription fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

The Subscriber may cancel or freeze the subscription in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation requests will only apply to future billing cycles and will not result in refunds for prior paid periods.
